Impact of Psychological Conditions on Employee Engagement: Study Based on Regional Branches of ABC Insurance Company at Matale District

The concept of employee engagement has become increasingly important in the literature. Despite increased interest, there is still a scarcity studies on engagement. Alternatively, employees insurance industry are required to work under tough conditions and high-pressure scenarios. Past three-year records ABC company recorded significant increase turnover rates disengaged employees. purpose current research was study impact psychological at regional branches Matale district. In this study, meaningfulness, safety, availability were examined as dimensions conditions. Quantitative methods employed, data collected through questionnaire. sample size 103 from three Insurance companies district researcher utilized simple random sampling technique. Data analysis performed using SPSS 23.0 Package MS Excel. Based findings positive relationship found between engagement, indicating that had with greatest effect observed dimension meaningfulness. Consequently, managers should take all predicting into account use systematic approach. Accordingly, leading roles organizations focus job design fulfil tasks importance values.
